How long will I have my apps in stores?

Is the value of the store account included in the contract?
The value of Google Play is $ 25.00 per year (PJ and PF) and the App Store is $ 99.00 per year for developer account (Individual) and $ 1,000.00 per year for PJ account.

What is the difference between a rental agreement and a license?

Is it possible to change the contract (rent for licensing and vice versa)?

What is the number of drivers for a rental contract?
The initial number is 40 drivers, with the possibility of adding new drivers for R $ 25.00 each.
How do I make money from my app?

How is the driver paid?

How is the race value calculated?
Through the price list tool, you can define the value per km run, or the closed value per kilometer interval. In addition, you can set the price by region of origin of the freight, as well as by the category and subcategory of the vehicle.
Which datacenters do you work with?
We work with Digital Ocean, Amazon and Google.
Is the cost of the data center included?
In the rental plan, yes, in the licensing no.
Can the customer manage their own data center?
Yes, only in licensing mode or with source code acquisition. In our own data center we do not give any guarantees or support.
Is it possible to migrate an application’s database to our system?
Yes, but passwords are reset.
How does the ticket system for technical support work?
Follows customer support manual.

How do application updates work?

Is there a web service center?
Yes, only panel administrators can schedule or call manually.
Is there chat in the system?
Yes.
Can the mobility application be customizable with name and own brands?
Yes, it is possible. In addition, there are other customization possibilities present in the commercial proposal.
Can I put categories by gender?
It is possible to place a category for female drivers.
Can the provider add extra cars?
No, the system allows one car per provider, but a car can be used by several different providers
Does the system have multiple points per race?
We don’t have that functionality developed yet.
What is the indication?
The system has an indication module between users and drivers, which will pay them either in the first race or at the time of registration.
We indicate that this amount is paid at the time of the first race, as people can make false registrations to receive this amount.
The value of the indication is placed in the current account of the user and driver.
Indication is important for the exponential growth of the base.
Is there system emails? Invoice? Driver registration?
Yes, system emails can even be configured with the client’s own brand and communication, through the management panel.
For sending corporate e-mails, we recommend the use of a transactional e-mail service such as Sendgrid and Amazon SES.
What is emergency contact?
To improve the safety of the driver and the user, it is allowed to register emergency contacts who will receive the real-time tracking of the race by email or PUSH Notification.

Is it possible to charge by region?
Yes, it is enough to demarcate the region in locations and define differentiated charging.
Is there a dynamics function?
Yes, in the price table it is possible to register peak times with added value.
However, it does not have the dynamic tariff automatically.
Can I register a courier or freight service?
The logistics business is completely different from passenger transport. As similar as it seems to be in a layman’s view, the differences are immense and so are business.
That’s why Codificar created different applications for each type of business. For urban and last mile deliveries we have the Delivery Application. And for long distance freight, we have the Freight Application.
What is the checklist in the proposal?
The checklist represents a series of actions that are the responsibility of the customer before we start the production, implementation and publication of the whitelabel application. It will usually contain:
